How brillQ works: the Liquid Enterprise model

brillQ is not built around permanent teams. It is built around intent, architecture and orchestration.

We are building an organization where people design the decisions and teams of AI agents carry out the work. That lets us move faster, with less overhead and with closer control over quality than traditional teams.

brillQ is an AI orchestration company based in Warsaw, Poland. A small team of architects defines the intent, teams of AI agents assembled per task do the work, and people verify every result. We work for companies in Poland and across Europe, and for English-speaking clients. This page explains how we work.

brillQ runs as a Liquid Enterprise: instead of permanent departments, we assemble teams of AI agents (“agent swarms”) for each task and dissolve them once the work is done.

People at brillQ do not do the operational work.
They design the system that does it, and verify what it delivers.

The model

What a Liquid Enterprise is

Liquid Enterprise is brillQ's name for a company that reshapes itself around each problem instead of keeping fixed departments.

Three things stay constant:

Everything else is assembled per task. Teams of AI agents, which we call swarms, are formed for a specific problem, work in parallel within limits we set, and are dissolved once their output has passed review.

The term is ours; we use it because the structure behaves like a liquid, taking the shape of the problem it is poured into.

The sections below show the three layers this creates, the terms we use, and the AI orchestration services we deliver with it.

Three layers An organization designed like a system,
not like a corporation

brillQ is made of three layers that work together as one system, not as a bureaucracy.

Persistent core

Strategy layer

Where direction is set

This is where purpose, direction and accountability live. The strategy layer:

→defines the problems worth solving
→designs how they are broken down
→decides on pace, cost and risk
→keeps the work consistent and remembers what we learn

→ The brillQ team works as architects of decisions, not task executors.

brillQ Core IP

Orchestration layer

Where the work is organized

Our own orchestration architecture, which:

→breaks problems down into tasks
→picks the right agents and tools for each one
→decides what runs in parallel and what runs in sequence
→keeps compute costs and reasoning quality in check
→combines the results into clear, consistent recommendations

→ This is where brillQ builds its edge, and what our AI orchestration services run on.

Agent swarms

Execution layer

Where the work gets done

Instead of permanent teams, we assemble:

→research swarms
→analysis swarms
→strategy swarms
→validation swarms

Each swarm:

✓exists only for the duration of a task
✓works in parallel, within limits we set
✓is dissolved once its output has passed human review

→ No surplus structure. No teams kept on standby “just in case”.

The difference We don't scale headcount.
We scale thinking.

Traditional company

  • ✕permanent teams
  • ✕costs grow in line with headcount
  • ✕slow decisions
  • ✕lots of coordination, meetings and friction
  • ✕accountability diluted across the structure

brillQ

  • ✓structures built around the problem
  • ✓cost driven by complexity, not by headcount
  • ✓fast iterations and parallel work
  • ✓minimal coordination, deliberate orchestration
  • ✓accountability stays with the architects, by design

The human role People don't execute.
People design the system that executes.

At brillQ, the human role shifts:

from “doing”to defining problems
from “managing people”to designing how decisions get made
from “supervising execution”to setting quality standards and verifying results

That is how a small core team can take on work
that used to need entire departments.

Roles

Who does what

The architects

A small core of people who define the intent, design how the work is orchestrated, verify the results and take accountability for them.

Agent swarms

The execution layer

Most of the execution at brillQ is done by specialized, temporary teams of AI agents, assembled for a specific task and reviewed by the architects before the work moves on.

They have no names. They have a function.

For clients You pay for decisions, not a team.
You pay for results, not process.

Faster answers

to complex problems

Predictable cost

scoped to the problem and the complexity of the thinking involved, not to open-ended hours or headcount

Less noise

one reviewed recommendation or one working system, not a stack of reports

Fewer “AI projects”

more real business decisions

Scoped by design

each swarm gets a defined function, tools and context for its task, and is dissolved once its output has passed review

Control and transparency

you see how each result was produced and who reviewed it

Areas of work

How it works in practice

The same model lets us work across several areas at once, without adding layers of structure.

Consulting

Swarms for clients

We assemble dedicated analysis and strategy swarms around a client's specific business problem.

They exist for the length of the project, deliver reviewed results, then dissolve.

Executive Advisory

For leadership teams

We help executives and boards decide where AI orchestration fits, shape their AI strategy and make high-stakes decisions with a clear view of the risks.

We think like architects and advise like business partners.

Integration Services

End-to-end delivery

We deploy and integrate AI systems into existing company environments, from architecture through deployment and monitoring.

From strategy to a working system in production.

The five steps of an engagement

R&D

Experimental swarms

We experiment with new orchestration architectures and test what agentic AI can reliably do.

This is where our Core IP comes from.

What we research and how our R&D process runs

Tech Core

Reusable Core IP

The orchestration architecture and internal components we develop in R&D and use in client work, so no project starts from scratch.

A closed loop between research and client work.

The AI competences behind it

Run the traditional way, each of these areas would need its own team.

As a Liquid Enterprise, we run them all on one architecture that scales in every direction.

Glossary

The terms we use

A few words on this site carry a specific meaning at brillQ. This is what we mean by them.

AI orchestration
AI orchestration, as brillQ practices it, is the work of defining what a system of AI agents should achieve, breaking the problem into tasks, assigning each task to the right agents and tools, deciding what runs in parallel and what in sequence, and combining the results into one reviewed recommendation or working system. People design the orchestration; agents do the execution.
Liquid Enterprise
brillQ's name for a company that reshapes itself around each problem instead of keeping fixed departments. A small core of architects and the orchestration architecture stay constant; teams of AI agents are assembled per task and dissolved once their output has passed review. See what a Liquid Enterprise is.
Architect
A person at brillQ who defines the intent, designs how the work is orchestrated, reviews the results and is accountable for them. Architects do not do the operational work. They design the system that does it, and accountability stays with them by design.
Agent swarm
A temporary team of AI agents that brillQ assembles for one task. Each swarm has a defined function, tools and context, exists only for the duration of the task, works in parallel with other swarms within limits we set, and is dissolved once its output has passed human review. Swarms have no names. They have a function.
Human review
At brillQ, an architect checks every output before it reaches the client. Swarms test and analyze; people verify. Nothing is delivered from a black box: you see how each result was produced and who reviewed it, and a swarm is dissolved only once its output has passed that review.
Decision architecture
The design of how a problem will be solved: how it is broken down, which swarms work on what, what runs in parallel and what in sequence, and where a human decision is required. At brillQ the result is an orchestration blueprint, not a project roadmap, and cost is estimated from the complexity of the thinking involved, not from people's time.
Core IP (Tech Core)
brillQ's own orchestration architecture and the internal components that come out of it: agent configurations, workflows and review steps that proved useful in R&D and are reused in client work, so each project starts from tested building blocks instead of from scratch. What works in one project improves the next. In our areas of work, this is what we call Tech Core. See how our R&D produces it.
Three layers
The structure of brillQ as one system: a strategy layer where the architects set direction, an orchestration layer that holds the Core IP and runs the work, and an execution layer made of agent swarms assembled on demand. See the three layers.
